August 31, 2008 - Tran Thi Thuy Dung, 18 years old from Da Nhang City, is the newly crowned Miss Vietnam World 2008.

She will now get ready to represent her country in Miss World 2008 pageant to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on December.

The Miss Vietnam 2008 national contest was held in Hoi An City.
