January 09, 2009 - MANIZALES, COLOMBIA – Miss Colombia, Alejandra Mesa Estrada, 22, was crowned the new International Queen of Coffee 2009. 21 delegates participated in the event held in Manizales, Colombia.

The first Reinado International Cafe pageant was held in 1952 in Manizales, Colombia.

Completing the Top 5 finalists : Spain, Ana Montabes; Venezuela, Natascha Dominguez; Dominican Republic, Victoria de Jesus; and Brazil, Anelize Garcia.

Top 10 semi-finalists : Argentina (Noelia Alejandra Bernal), Canada (Chanel Beckenlehner), United States (Michelle Fleming), Panama (Alejandra Arias Rivera) and Poland (Patrycja Jactzad).
